- Create a positive first impression for in-person, telephone and electronic inquiries, handling all contacts in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage applicant flow and assist with recruiting efforts
- Handle office administration on an as-needed basis
- Outbound reference checks and previous job verifications

- Highly organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Previous office, call center, or account management experience
